Usually, it is some *.ini file, stored somewhere in your PC (either somewhere inside Documents, or AppData (hidden folder) folder), Uninstall GeForce Experience program, and for each game find where the game configuration file are, and set the game resolution to 1920x1080 at 60Hz.
Looks like you or something (an app? Maybe GeForce Experience bug?) changed your game settings files with this invalid setting. In other words: 1 pixel on your screen being updated once a sec. Well, the first error says that you set your game to run at 1920x0 at 0Hz I have checked random games, some like League of Legends or Mount and Blade Warband work without any problem, so I have no idea to what the problem is tied to For Thea there seems to be some resolution issue, could this be related to other games? All these games worked yesterday. These are 2 of the error mesages I get, sadly for Fallout 4 (the one in German) it is very standard. I updated via Geforce Experience to the newest Graphic drivers, nothing has changed
